Probably the Paranormal Book of the Year

January 28th – Halton Lea Library, Runcorn.

A big event in the Paranormal World took place here last night. Messrs Rosney, Bethell, and Robinson were present to launch their excellent new book A Beginners Guide to Paranormal Investigation. This book has the potential to bring about a huge shift in the quality of Paranormal Investigation – moving it from the realms of strange people making things up and being fooled by normality into the territory of the intelligently curious using real science to obtain evidence that stands up to scrutiny.

I have had the great pleasure of being present on several investigations with Mark Rosney, Rob Bethell, and Jebby Robinson and know them to be highly professional Paranormal Investigators with a great range of technical skills, knowledge, and personal experience of paranormal phenomena.

During the course of the evening the Dynamic Trio (sorry guys – couldn’t resist that one) regaled us with humorous, and sometimes more serious, stories not only about how the book came about, but also the difficulties involving in actually putting together such an important document. We were also shown some of the material that almost made it, as well as places all over the world – Japan, China and even South America, where this book is currently selling like the proverbial hot cakes. As usual Mark, Rob, and Jebby, provided us with a very entertaining and enjoyable evening and even finished up by providing a drop of bubbly to end the celebration.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable evening to launch what looks to be a very successful publication – at least judging by the size of the queue to purchase signed copies.
